POSITION SUMMARY: The Inside Sales/ Shipping position, responsible for selling our product line to retail customers in store with comparable gear. The position will service current retail customers and outreach for new customers. The position is based at Southern Oregon headquarters in Gold Hill, OR. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive year-over-year sales increase with customer Service
Identify new prospective customers and generate new business
Make outbound follow-up calls and emails to new and existing customers
Assist in retail store to help connect with customer base
Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
Verify product availability and coordinate with inventory
Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage
Generate shipping labels and document according to established procedures
Maintain accurate records of shipped orders and tracking information
Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages and lost shipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of sales or experience in the outdoor industry preferred
College degree in business-related field preferred
Ability to communicate persuasively over the phone, in writing, and in person
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to learn Netsuite computer programs quickly
Able to lift 15 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
