Resident Manager, Oak View Gardens

Oak View Gardens is a Congregate Care Facility looking for an on-site resident manager who has experience in resident management duties for a 60 Unit Low Income Housing Affordable Housing program in Grants Pass. Weekly hours of 32-35 per week duties as a Resident Manager to handle day to day operations, including rent collection, leasing, resident relations and retention, routine communications with Compliance Supervisor, routine inspections, scheduling turnovers and daily work orders, waiting list management and more.
