We are seeking a professional and organized Property Manager to join our team to oversee the operations, maintenance, and administrative functions of properties.

Hours are flexible, 30-40/week, $22-24/hour depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, have high occupancy rates, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention

- Conduct property inspections to ensure adherence to property standards and regulations

- Coordinate maintenance and repair issues, and supervise maintenance personnel

- Manage tenant relations, address tenant concerns, and facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs

- Prepare and manage the budget for the properties, including necessary expenditures and rental pricing

- Collect rent, manage lease renewals, and enforce lease terms

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other external parties

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations

- Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of the properties

- Market properties to potential tenants through various channels and conduct viewings

Qualifications:

Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Organizational skills

- Comfortable learning new software

- Capacity to solve problems favorably and efficiently

- Self-starter, takes initiative and pride in their work

Preferred:

- Experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role

- General understanding of property management, the financial aspects of the position, and knowledge of current rules and regulations in the field

- Familiar with basic offline and online marketing principles, including social media and local community engagement
