Looking for a Long-Term On-Site Storage Facility Manager Position Available June 1
2Bedroom 2Bath Apartment all utilities included
40 hours a week (approximately), must be available weekends
Pay $16-18 an hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Must open and close gates daily
Receive payments and Update Customer Accounts
Enter Rents weekly into Quickbooks
Apply Credit, Cash and Check Payments to Accounts
Complete Move-Out inspections
Host Auctions as needed and dispose of unwanted items
Answer Phone and Emails
Sign contracts with new customers
Monitor grounds
