Job Title: Office Manager & Full Charge Bookkeeper

Location: Talent, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager & Bookkeeper to support the administrative and financial functions of our growing company. This position is ideal for a self-starter with strong accounting knowledge 5 years or more, excellent communication skills, tech savvy and a proactive approach to office management.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

Record and manage all financial transactions (accounts payable & receivable)

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Prepare accurate financial reports and statements weekly

Maintain general ledger entries and chart of accounts

Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices and bills

Manage petty cash and monthly reconciliation

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations for smooth and efficient workflow

Manage Google calendars for the team

Maintain filing systems, databases, and inventory

Support onboarding of new employees and manage employee benefits

Payroll bi-weekly processing and new employee onboarding in QuickBooks

Implement and update administrative policies and procedures

Other Responsibilities:

Prepare reports for the owner every Friday and quarterly

Provide administrative and financial support to the owner

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in bookkeeping and office management

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Google suite

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong time management and organizational skills

Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

Experience with budget management and financial reporting

Compensation:

Competitive pay starting at 30.00 an hour, or based on experience
