Fern Valley Farms is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team! This role requires someone who can multi-task efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and help with daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Process and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assist with inventory management and organization
Customer Support & Communication
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
Provide top-tier customer service and assist with inquiries
Help troubleshoot order or shipping issues
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills – friendly, patient, and professional
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Great attention to detail – accuracy is key
Reliable and team-oriented
Basic computer skills (experience with order management software is a plus)
Experience with hemp/cannabis is a plus but not required
Spanish-speaking is a plus
