Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) with shared oversight from the Director of Education & Engagement (DOEE), this position assists in the booking and contracting of main stage artists, booking artists at the Enfield Stage, assisting with artist outreach activities, in-school residencies, children's concerts and summer education camps. The position works very closely with the CPO & DOEE, who will assign tasks and projects, and sign off on all decisions. The Programs Coordinator must exhibit sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality. Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
