A well-established antenna manufacturing company in White City, Oregon, is seeking a Soldering / Harness Technician to join our team. The Soldering / Harness Technician will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and creating wiring harnesses as per detailed work instructions and product specifications.
Job Responsibilities
Perform precision soldering tasks on electrical components and assemblies according to quality standards.
Assemble wiring harnesses and cables by reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
Use hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and heat shrink tools to complete assemblies.
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company safety standards.
Qualifications/Skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Proficient in soldering electrical components and assembling harnesses.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions.
Experience using hand tools for electrical assembly.
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components.
Experience requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification or training in soldering is preferred but not required.
1 year of experience in soldering and harness assembly in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, day shift starting at 7:00 AM.
Occasional overtime may be required.
