Daily Workflow:
» Check incoming materials for defects and irregularities.
» Prep materials using a media blaster and other tools.
» Ensure surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and free of contaminants.
» Set up powder coating equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Confirm calibration of coating equipment.
» Apply powder evenly to surfaces, monitoring thickness and adherence.
» Inspect coated items for color consistency and finish quality.
» Perform needed maintenance as necessary.
» Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
We're Seeking:
» Prior experience in powder coating is desired.
» Physically fit with the ability to lift at least 70 lbs.
» Extreme attention to detail and cleanliness.
» Must be able to accurately follow policies and procedures.
» Must be punctual and show up on time.
» Must be able to pass a drug test (THC ok) & respiratory test.
Schedule:
» Monday - Friday 6:00am ' 2:30pm
