Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, dynamic role with opportunities for rapid growth into higher-responsibility positions. You’ll be involved in everything from basic shop support and deliveries to high-end cabinet, countertop, and millwork installation.
Position Responsibilities:
Travel to various job sites, often requiring overnight stays.
Install cabinets, running trim, complex millwork, and countertops.
Ensure product quality meets shop drawing specifications.
Perform basic shop work, including:
Operating shop tools.
Moving materials and cleaning cabinet parts.
General organization and cleaning of the shop.
Attach cabinet hardware and prepare cabinet parts for assembly.
Load and unload trucks for deliveries and pickups.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Dependable, punctual, has great team-building skills.
2+ years of experience in cabinet installation or carpentry.
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and specifications.
Strong knowledge of woodworking and carpentry techniques.
Extensive experience with plastic laminate fabrication, including lay-ups and seaming laminate.
Solid basic math skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
