The Indica Farm would like to hire a temporary team to quickly get cannabis flower ready for sale in the OLCC marketplace.
Our farm is looking for the right people to temporarily join our team in Medford who have experience and can provide the daily care and focused attention necessary to work quickly and accurately to buck, trim and package cannabis flower.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for short-term work.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work sitting or standing with long hours of repetitive tasks. A keen attention to detail and record keeping, and a willingness to continually learn more about the subject always helps.

Job Requirements:
Must have OLCC Marijuana Handlers card.
Muse have experience working with cannabis.
Ability to sit or stand for entire shifts, with continued, repetitive tasks.
Ability to self-monitor, as well as report progress to management.
Accurately follow standard operating procedures.
Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 ft.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dusty environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bucking, trimming, run trim machines, package material, possibly making pre-rolls
Applying labels to finished product
Packaging finished products
Keep accurate records using company systems and abiding by company protocols.
Maintains a clean, safe environment inside the work area
Operates, cleans, and stores packaging equipment
Prints and applies labels to finished product; stores and inventories finished product according to company policy and as directed by management.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Attend work regularly as scheduled.
Compensation:
$17 per hour
Details:
Position is full time Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm in Medford, Or, with occasional longer days until the job is done.
This is a TEMPORARY Position.
