We are looking for a reliable and experienced Short-Term Rental Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays and possess excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all rental properties are clean, tidy, and ready for new guests.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vacation rental properties for guests' arrival.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
Wash and change linens and towels between guests.
Restock amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the property management team.
Communicate with the property management team about any inventory needs.
Use the Breezeway app to manage cleaning schedules and property information.
Add Hot Tub chemicals to hot tubs
Medford, Gold Hill, Jacksonville Area - Will compensate for drive time and mileage
Requirements:
Must provide a W-9 tax form and work as a 1099 contractor.
Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Part-time position averaging 15-20 hours per week (busier in the summer).
Must have a smartphone to operate the Breezeway app.
Must complete 1-2 weeks of hands-on training at a rate of $18/hour.
Must provide two references.
One year of cleaning experience preferred.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $20-25 per hour based on experience.
