140 acre Ranch Worker Needed.
Do you like working hard, having fun and being outdoors with animals and working as a team? If so, this may be for you.
Duties can vary day to day and may include:
Building/repairing fencing and posts
Digging holes/landscaping
Fixing/expanding irrigation
Feeding/watering/managing animals
Raking/weeding/mowing/spraying
Washing/cleaning equipment/decks/shop/trash
General building/carpentry
Firewood, clearing brush
Operating equipment (DOE)
Other general ranch and farm duties
This position will start part time with the option to go to full time depending on performance.
Pay is $15 to $30hr depending on experience and assessed after 30 review period.
Additional description/information:
May be working solo or up to 4-5 people depending on the day and project.
Physical Requirements:
-Lifting 50-75 lbs. with or without assistance
-Climbing up to 10 ft. with a ladder
-Kneeling, lifting, squatting, bending, pushing/pulling
-Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet, dirty conditions
To be considered applicants must:
Have reliable transportation.
Demonstrate via their actions that starting at 7:00am means they are ready to start work at 6:55am vs strolling in at 6:59am.
Have a "can do" attitude with the variety of diverse tasks.
Work well with others.
Be able to follow instructions, give and receive feedback
Focus on work and reserve cell phone use for lunch or breaks.
Have a fun attitude and be able to laugh at oneself
Be okay with helping/educating others and receiving help/education
