Do you like working outdoors in the fresh air? We're looking for a part-time grounds assistant to help with our landscaping needs and maintain the natural beauty of our property and gardens.
Ideal candidate will have experience with basic irrigation, pruning, plant care, especially for trees and plants native to the area.
Examples of What You'll Do:
Maintain property grounds by mowing, mulching, edging, and trimming
Basic irrigation repairs, add new drips to existing lines
Plant care; indoors and out
Remove trash and litter from property
Assist with special projects and events
Basic pond care and debris clean up

Required Education and Experience:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent; and
Must be 18 years of age or older by date of hire.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Working knowledge of basic landscaping equipment operation, maintenance and repairs
Basic knowledge of the practices and techniques of landscape maintenance, tree care, and basic landscape construction techniques.
Must work independently
Must be honest and truthful in all tasks and responsibilities.
Successful completion of a background investigation
Available Schedule:
Varied but typically not to exceed more than 5.5 hours in any given day. Hours can be flexible to meet your needs.

Wages are based upon experience
Paid sick leave - one (1) hour accrued for every 30 hours worked.
Access to the pool when guests are not in attendance (other stipulations apply)
25% on lodging after 90 days.
