OLCC Licensed Cannabis Farm Looking For Help:
This posting is for an OLCC Licensed Rec Farm. 20-35 hours a week with a lot more potential for hours at harvest in the fall.
Water duties, mixing nutrients, pest management and spraying (all gentle products)
Must be 21+ and have OLCC MJ Handlers Card.
Tier 2 farm is located near Grants Pass.
We need the plants tended to each morning with watering and feeding duties. This is the main priority of your job. Shift starts between 7:30-8:00am. Shift ends at 1pm and there is spraying that is done 2 nights per week. Spraying each licensed field is a 5 hour job for each. Hours and schedule have and require flexibility & dependability.
This has potential for either a summer/harvest season job or can be a full time year round position for the right fit.
This is a hardworking farm with high expectations for work ethic. The work load can be very laborious and challenging at the farm but there are also days where the work load is light.
Responsibilities & Skills include
Daily watering, feeding and walking of the yard. Checking irrigation, emitters and pumps.
Daily pruning with proper time management.
Irrigation skills and knowledge is a plus.
Time management is critical. Must be able to maintain a fast pace. Must be able to maintain same fast pace while unsupervised.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
