GraceWorks Housecleaning is accepting applications for full time Professional House Cleaner positions (32-40 hours/week)!
We're not just a cleaning company
You'll be joining one of the best professional cleaning companies in the nation on a mission to bring goodness and ease into our clients lives.
We look for individuals that have good cleaning experience to apply, however, if you don’t, we'll teach you everything you need to learn to become one of the best professional cleaners in the nation.
Here's what you want to know:
We offer competitive wages ($15.50/hr during training then $16.50 after 2-3 weeks and then the change for $17.50 after 3 months) with room for advancement based on performance and integrity. We invest in our awesome team members and help you achieve your goals - whatever they might be! Most staff get tips from clients of around $300-$600 a month. $40 month gas stipend.
Benefits include paid training, sick pay/PTO, bonuses and incentives. IRA access. IRA employer contributations or a comprehensive telemedicine plan ($0 cost to our employees) with unlimited visits with a primary care physician with NO COPAYS!
