Clean Freaks Cleaning is searching for more residential cleaners to join our team! Hourly pay is $23/hr for the first four weeks and after a four weeks it is raised to $25/hr and you keep all tips you receive. Tell us the hours you are available and we will give you clients within your an availability. All supplies are provided. Position is for 1099 contractor. Professional cleaning experience is preferred. Some cleanings are in Medford and surrounding areas and $5-$40 of additional compensation will be added for cleanings over 20 minutes from supplies. Reliable transportation is required.
#1 requirement for this position is dependability and attention to detail. If you have kiddos please only apply if you have dependable childcare options. Must be healthy and able to do physical labor.

-Professional cleaning experience
-Pass a background check
-Have a drivers license and dependable transportation
-Must have the ability to do repetitive physical labor, standing, bending, kneeling in an efficient manner

There is an occasional spider, human feces on toilet, rat feces, mold, dog waste ect. Are you comfortable with cleaning these items with gloves or PPE and additional pay? (be realistic with what you are comfortable cleaning/do not apply if you can’t clean toilets and spider webs)
