Lithia Toyota of Medford continues to grow and we are seeking a successful Service Technician to join our team!

The Service Technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards. This individual utilizes his skills to diagnose and resolve the different sources of automotive problems swiftly and accurately. The Service Technician works with all Service personnel and management to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time clocking procedures
- Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive repair experience required
- ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
