The Clinical Supervisor monitors and maintains clinical oversight of all programs, which includes SPRF community-based programs, day treatment programs, school-based services, and outpatient services to ensure a highest level of clinical care.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement Evidence-Based Practices to fidelity; familiarity with clinical outcomes measures and ability to apply data derived from measurements to improve program efficacy; a minimum of 2 years' experience providing clinical supervision to master level therapists; demonstrated ability to develop, implement, assess, and monitor clinical operations within mental health programs; experience in developing and facilitating in-service trainings and workshops.
Also required, strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in the use of all relevant computer programs; ability to create and sustain positive relationships with person served, staff, and community partners; ability to work independently on projects and also work as part of a team; demonstrated ability to represent the agency in the community in a professional and positive manner.
This is a salaried, exempt, full-time, benefited position. Salary will depend on experience.
