Phoenix Counseling Center is looking for energetic, compassionate counselors to join our Addiction Recovery Team at DHS Child Welfare. This position is full time and based at the Child Welfare office in Medford, supporting families struggling with substance use. Serve as a liaison with ODHS, local SUD and mental health treatment providers and other agencies such as corrections, health services, courts, etc Position involves helping parents engage in treatment services and supporting them throughout the process. Serve as a recovery role model and support the development of healthy behavior. Support may involve Substance use assessments, attending Family Decision Meetings, court hearings, etc CADC, certification as a Peer Support Specialist or Certified Recovery Mentor, REQUIRED. Must be able to pass DHS background check. Please reply with resume and references.
