Clarion Pointe is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. If you’re a night owl who takes pride in accuracy and enjoys providing excellent guest service, we want to hear from you!
Location: Clarion Pointe, Medford, OR
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift: Overnight (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist late-night guests with check-ins and inquiries
Ensure all end-of-day procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
Reconcile and balance daily financial transactions
Prepare audit reports for management review
Maintain a secure and quiet environment for guests
Handle guest requests and emergencies in a calm, professional manner
Support housekeeping and maintenance communication as needed
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills
Comfortable working independently overnight
Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Choice Advantage a plus)
Reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused
