Passionate about food? We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager with a strong culinary background to lead our team. Your focus would be on daily kitchen operations but you will be well versed in assisting the General Manager with other duties of Restaurant Management such as Customer Service, Food Cost Analysis, Menu & Specials, Employee Relations, Serving and Bartending. Multi-tasking skills are a must.
5+ years of hospitality-related experience
3+ years of kitchen manager or leadership experience
Current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal/state/local law
Ability to obtain your OLCC Servers Card within 30 days of hire
Comfortable using a computer, navigating standard office and point-of-sale software
