We are currently seeking a full-time housekeeping/Property Operations Assistant to support the daily operation and maintenance of a 27-acre estate that functions as an Airbnb, with plans to expand into corporate and family event hosting.
This property features two buildings totaling 9,000 square feet, landscaped grounds, and stunning natural surroundings. The ideal candidate is matriculated, enjoys housekeeping and cleaning, and is comfortable handling administrative or operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a multi-tasking role and is excited to grow with a small but expanding hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide matriculate housekeeping services, including cleaning of guest areas and common spaces
-Support daily property operations to ensure smooth, efficient management
-Deliver friendly and responsive guest service
-Perform general maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping as needed
-Assist with event planning, setup, coordination, and breakdown when needed
-Handle administrative tasks related to operations (e.g., basic paperwork, scheduling, etc.)
Requirements:
-Live-on-site option available, but not required: Candidates must have a self-contained trailer or RV (parking space and utilities provided)
-Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
-Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
-Willingness to take on a wide variety of responsibilities
-Provide after-hour on-site guest assistance
-Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in hospitality and/or event planning
What We Offer:
-Hourly pay: $17–$20/hour
-On-site living opportunity with utilities included if you have your self-contained RV trailer
