Candlewood Suites is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Night Audit Front Desk Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs.
Perform night audit duties, including reviewing financial reports and balancing accounts.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain the front desk area and keep it organized throughout the shift.
Ensure all security protocols are followed during overnight hours.
Process room assignments and provide necessary information to guests.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hotel environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
