Country Willows Inn, a Boutique Inn, is seeking a breakfast chef to prepare a served gourmet breakfast for 28 (maximum; two seating times) guests each morning. This position is for 5-6 days per week, Weekends a must. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK and have a valid Driver's License.
You will be responsible for executing a multi-course breakfast, with a set menu, tracking expenses, ordering food and some shopping. We offer a true 5-star experience for our guests. You will be responsible for all prep (with some assistance when necessary), cooking, plating and assist in kitchen clean up each day. This is a fast-paced environment. Creative and beautiful plating is critical. We are looking for someone who loves what they do and takes great pride in their craft.
The ideal candidate will have a background in cooking in restaurants with either professional training or several years of experience. Will consider training sous chefs. You must have a passion for pleasing people and producing fine cuisine. It’s necessary that you are able to handle stress, last-minute changes, and working well as part of a team.
Compensation is based on experience, is hourly, plus tips. Apply with a resume and references.
