This position provides leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model, staff of approximately 14 FTE, budget of approximately $1.7 M, and operations of the PPMC CM department.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
5 years of progressive supervisory/management experience including program planning, performance management, staff development and evaluation.
3 years of Care Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing.
2 years of relevant social services utilization management and/or quality management.
