Accounts Payable/Admin Assistant

Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity. This position is based in Medford, MA and offers free parking. As an Accounts Payable Specialist your primary function will be to handle various tasks related to accounts payable, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and administrative duties. Responsibilities Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Regularly performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Handling coding of invoices to the correct accounts. Performing data entry tasks as required for the role. Assisting in the execution of check runs. Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks and reports. Processing invoices with precision and timeliness. Using your administrative skills to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Maintaining precise records of all customer credit information. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Proven experience in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Demonstrable administrative skills with a keen eye for detail Familiarity with Check Runs and Coding Invoices Proficiency in Data Entry and Invoice Processing Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and efficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
