Location: Grants Pass, Oregon.

Company: Rogue River Engineering.

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: Competitive DOE with discretionary bonuses and holiday pay. Additional pay also based upon performance.

Experience required: Licensed Engineer in Oregon with willingness to apply for reciprocity in California and Arizona.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit for 3D modeling and design of electrical systems.

Develop and design lighting systems, including advanced lighting controls.

Prepare power distribution designs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Design fire alarm systems.

Collaborate with mechanical and plumbing teams to coordinate designs and resolve any conflicts in systems integration.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.

Support project managers in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit with a focus on electrical design.

Experience in lighting design and controls, including familiarity with relevant software tools.

Knowledge of power distribution systems and fire alarm system design.

Understanding of photometric calculations and analysis.

Experience with mechanical and plumbing coordination in building design.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
