As a Registrar's Assistant, you will be integral to the administrative operations of our organization, reporting directly to the Registrar. This role requires strong clerical and customer service skills to manage inquiries, maintain records, and assist with data entry tasks. With a focus on organization and attention to detail, you will ensure efficient office management and support the Registrar in daily functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining student cumulative files/records: sending, receiving, scanning, filing.
Student registration documents: verifying grade, birthdate, immunizations, scanning supporting documents.
Maintaining the waitlist: Communicating with families where students are on the
waitlist. Bi-monthly email to families.
Immunization records: Assisting in monitoring records, inputting records. Updating families if a student is out of compliance.
Transcript - Assisting in inputting student grades and credit.
Synergy/Edacent: Assisting in data entry.
Front desk/receptionist: Assisting when the receptionist is busy. Covering lunch and breaks. Covering when the receptionist is out of the office. This role will also be stationed at the front desk as secondary support to the receptionist throughout the day.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Registrar/Office Manager.
Pay starts at $18.00-$20.50/hour depending on experience. An additional $1/hour will be given to individuals who are bilingual in English and Spanish. Benefits are included.
