We are seeking the right individual to learn the investment/insurance business. This candidate must be able to connect with people, have a good work ethic, and be very skilled at problem-solving. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills. Expertise in marketing would be a bonus. We need a junior advisor who is already licensed with a series 65/ insurance license or would be willing and dedicated to completing testing by the end of the year. Administrative wages can be paid while the business is being built. We are a growing business and need a team member who is delightful to work with and shares the values of our Rogue Valley senior population. Full-Time Bankers hours. A fun family atmosphere.
Investment management/ Insurance product knowledge, or eager to learn and grasp.
Customer service and new client onboarding.
Setting appointments. assisting clients.
Insurance case management and Medicare.
Social Media and marketing experience will be heavily weighed when selecting the right candidate.
Organizational skills and self-management are a must.
Computer skills and data entry efficiency required.
