Professional Contracting Office is looking for a friendly, outgoing Full Charge Accounting Manager for a full-time position. The duties will include: providing all facets of Bookkeeping, i.e. A/R, A/P, Certified Payroll, Union Payroll for 20+ Employees, Payroll Taxes, SAIF Reports, Bank Reconciliation, Quarterlies, etc. You will work alongside an Owner, Office Manager, Estimator and Employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization. Construction Industry experience is a plus!
Duties & Qualifications are listed below, but are not limited to:
All Facets of Bookkeeping and Financial Statements.
Use of QuickBooks Desktop (Pro), Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe.
Written/Verbal communication and phone skills a must.
Answering emails, plus customer service
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize daily work, have excellent time management skills, and be detail oriented.
Maintain the accounting filing system.
5-7 Years Bookkeeping experience a plus
