Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in McMinnville, OR. This role is integral to our client's team as you will play a crucial part in the financial management of their operations. Responsibilities: Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable Efficient management of employee reimbursements Ensuring journal entries are regularly posted Regularly updating the profit and loss statement Monitoring and tracking of project-related expenditures Occasionally, you may be required to place orders for staff via online platforms or local suppliers Conducting reviews of credit card statements Participate in audit activities Assisting in updating and maintaining the budget Generation of financial reports Conducting procurement activities when necessary Performing account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations Managing the general ledger and overseeing expense management.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations Skilled in managing and maintaining the General Ledger Expertise in preparing and reviewing Journal Entries Familiarity with Quickbooks Online Proven experience in Budgeting Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes Experience in Expense Management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
