Help, seeking to hire someone to drive me to doctor's appointments

Dear kind people : I am praying that I can find someone who will give me a ride to Medford and back this week and/or next, Nov. 14th and 19th. I am hoping that your vehicle is in reliable mechanical condition and gets good gas mileage. I am also hoping you can give me paid transport in the future, as well, to different places. Prices negotiable. But 1st Medford for now. I have very poor near vision and not good with computers and retrieving messages.
