Job Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be responsible for the administering of medications to the residents as ordered by the attending physician, the nurse supervisor, charge nurse, and/or Director of Nursing Services.
Job duties include (but are not limited to) administering medications to residents; refilling and cleaning the stock cart; administering medications in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures and practices of the facility and the requirements of the state; and other nursing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate State.
Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred, but not required.
Strong computer skills are needed for use of our electronic medical records system.
