Condition For Life focuses on chiropractic, rehabilitation and functional retraining. The position of chiropractic office assistant is a key position in the clinic and effects interactions with patients, patient flow and sets the atmosphere of the clinic. You would be the “point of first contact” for the office, so personality and cognitive skills are important; communication needs to be clear, encouraging, with empathy while, at the same time, concise, to the point, and respecting office priorities.
This position requires knowledge of office activities such as collecting fees, filing systems both electronic and hard copy, scheduling and patient flow, data entry, a familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, HIPAA privacy policies. You will gain basic skills working with clinical specific software that supports the office records system. Out of respect of clinic gender balance, the position of office assistant requires a lady to fill it.
This is an hourly part time position, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Beginning around 8:30 am and continuing to clinic closing, usually before 5:30, with a break for lunch.
