Position SummaryCoaches and mentors, the management team in the achievement of business objectives by developing and executing strategies to strengthen the MasterBrand Production System (MPS) while driving safety, quality, delivery and cost performance.  Implement proven best practices across the network of MBCI operations through effective project management, mentoring, coaching, and facility hand-off.   Facilitate change activities including kaizen events and training workshops.  Key Accountabilities Champion the MasterBrand Production System (MPS) strategy and provide hands-on support and any necessary training during implementation.Lead effort to implement best practices across plants and/or divisions, ensuring adherence to the principles of lean manufacturing.Assist and mentor plant management and Continuous Improvement teams with planning and facilitation of strategic plans, kaizen workshops, and other lean activities.Coach and train plant leaders in lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles.Follow-up with operations ensuring successful implementation of Future State plans.Support safety quality, delivery and cost initiatives with clearly defined and actionable plansChampion safety through demonstrated commitment, site specific safety plans and targeted MBCI initiativesIdentify and implement new technology, equipment, systems, and/or process improvements that enhance MBCI’s manufacturing platform; drive maximum return on investment Key CompetenciesPlans and aligns; plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goalsDrive vision and purpose; paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to actionInstills trust; gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticityBuild effective teams and drive engagement; build strong teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals; creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization winDrives result; consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstancesEnsures accountability; holds self and others accountable to meet commitmentsInterpersonal Savvy; relates comfortably and builds relationships with people across levels, functions, culture and geographyDecision Quality; makes sound decisions, even in the absence of complete informationOrganizational RelationshipPosition reports to General ManagerWage: DOE
