Lead the development of highly customized, automated, multi-million dollar microscope solutions by working closely with, and learning from, world class Marketing, Project Management, Operations, and engineers and scientists of diverse backgrounds.

Requirements management, system design, complex system analysis, performance modelling and characterization, integration, and validation.

Travel approximately 10%.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Math, Systems, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Bachelors and 8+ years experience; Masters and 6+ years experience; PhD and 4+ years experience. Proven experience leading the development of complex electro-mechanical, metrology, semiconductor and/or automation solutions including requirements management, system design and system analysis.

Strong combination of analytical skills and hands on characterization using statistical methods

Demonstrated competency in some of the following areas: nanotechnology, system and process characterization and matching, high voltage, electronics, electron microscopes, ion beam systems, machine learning (ML) & artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor capital equipment and processes, automation, Python, metrology, motion & mechatronics, vibration & acoustics, vacuum systems, model based systems engineering (MBSE), design for six sigma (DfSS).
