Job Title: Installation TechnicianJob DescriptionAs an Installation Technician, you will be based out of the Hillsboro office/site, spending significant time on-site installing and maintaining/repairing equipment. This role will provide installation and service support to ensure the continuation and expansion of thermal management systems (TMS) business. Your primary responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large equipment and machinery, using constraint management techniques to maximize output.Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot large equipment and machinery.

Maximize output using constraint management techniques.

Sustain process and handle equipment issues.

Train and cross-train team members to build a self-sustaining team.

Essential Skills

Good problem-solving abilities.

Self-starter capable of managing own activities and supporting team activities.

Basic math skills.

Flexibility and capability of handling multi-task operations with attention to detail.

Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associates degree preferred in technical, automotive/diesel, or related field.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Electro-Mechanical experience required.

Experience with schematics is a plus.

Experience with hand tools/power tools required; multi-meter experience preferred.

Strong communication skills for working with both clients and team.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable in a clean room environment and getting into clean room attire (bunny suit).

Comfortable wearing a respirator.

Comfortable working in confined spaces and standing for long periods.

Comfortable working with hazardous materials and chemicals.
