Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry based in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where as an Accounts Payable Specialist, your duties will include processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high efficiency and accuracy in your work. Responsibilities: Process and manage high volumes of vendor invoices daily Handle 3-way matching tasks which include matching purchase orders, shipping tickets, and invoices Utilize your skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounts Payable (AP) to streamline and improve processes Use your proficiency in Microsoft Excel to maintain and organize data Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring all transactions are transparent and accurate Use your 10-key skills to ensure fast and accurate data entry Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.Requirements 2+ years of proven proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential. Applicants must have a solid understanding of ERPs. Knowledge of SAP software is preferred, but not required. Strong familiarity with 3 Way Matching is a must. Applicants should possess strong 10 Key Skills. Intermediate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is required. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are necessary. Applicants should be detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. Candidates must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
