Description Robert Half is anticipating the need for a Recruiter to support a dynamic and innovative company in Gresham, OR. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate meetings with hiring managers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
Prepare and send offer letters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure consistent branding.
Support the HR team with applicant tracking, data retrieval, and report generation in the ATS.
Assist in administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Degree is preferred.
2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidates and manage recruitment processes.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.
A proactive mindset, capable of working independently and taking initiative on projects.
Familiarity with technical recruitment or a willingness to learn more about technology roles is a plus.
