Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicle systems, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Must have own tools.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, suspension repairs, timing belts, electrical repairs and the willingness to learn and grow your abilities daily.
Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment, including scanners, test lights and hand tools.
Interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components for effective troubleshooting.
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems or necessary repairs.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Skills
Proficient in using all shop tools and hand tools for automotive repair tasks.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to transmit technical information effectively.
Experience in vehicle maintenance and automotive service practices.
Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Pay: $24.78 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
