NW Industrial is currently seeking multiple welder/fabricators to fill numerous positions in Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City. All positions are either evaluation to hire or direct hire and pay is dependent on weld test. There are many different shift available including 10-hour days, 8-hour days, Weekend Shifts, day shifts, and swing shifts.
What we are seeking:
· 2+ years of welding and fabricating is a production environment is preferred.
· 1+ year in a welding environment will get a weld test.
· Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
· Experience using fabrication equipment: grinders, drill and punch press, shears, and hand brake.
· Good Communications skills; both verbally and in writing.
· Ability to lift up to 70lbs occasionally
· Can Stand, stoop, bend, push and pull for an 8 to 10 hour shift.
· Great Attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
Job Details:
Positions Available: Junction City, Springfield, Eugene, Harrisburg, and Coburg.
Days: Monday – Friday, Monday – Thursday, Friday – Sunday.
Hours: All are 8, 10, or 12 hours shift. Many have Overtime. The weekend shift is a 12-hour shift.
Pay: $18/h for just welding to $26/h for experienced fabricators with a great weld test.
