Previous paid tree climbing experience from a legitimate tree service
Dependable
Detail oriented
Good communication skills
Thinks outside the box when problem solving
Doesn’t bring drama to work
Has a High Stress Tolerance
Works well with others
Arborist Certification a plus
Willing to learn
Clean driving record
