Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have previous experience with powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides

A strong background in brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, and engine repair is essential

The ideal candidate will possess a solid knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment, along with strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are also critical for success in this position

Previous experience with powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides

Experience in brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, engine repair, etc

Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Polaris and other powersports vehicles

Your expertise will be crucial in performing routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance, ensuring that all repair and maintenance work meets dealership and manufacturer standards

This includes working on various systems such as engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning

You will also be expected to keep the Service Manager and Service Advisors informed about the status of jobs, ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the service department

Diagnose and repair Polaris and powersports vehicles

Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance

Perform quality repair/maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.

Keep Service Manager/Service Advisors abreast of job status

Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certification
