Cascade Plating & Machine, a well-established Eugene machine shop is looking to grow our team. We are currently searching for a full time Manual Machinist to work Day Shift hours 6:00am to 2:30pm M-F. Work includes running manual lathes, mills, drill press, and other manual machinery for new manufacture and repair of industrial equipment parts.
Skills Required:
- Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and blueprints
- Math skills related to machine shop processes
- Knowledge of basic machining processes and ability to hold tolerances of .001”
- Reliable and motivated
- Works independently or in a team setting
- Communicates well with others
