HOPE Community Corporation (HOPE) is a nonprofit manufactured housing production facility. HOPE achieved HUD-certification for its factory and is now developing 2-bedroom singlewide manufactured homes for low-income households in Oregon. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring efficient, top-quality painting on our high-quality manufactured homes. Required to spray, roll cut-in trim and clean machines.
- Manage, train and motivate your team effectively.

- Interact with team members in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Take ownership of your role and drive results.
- Take initiative to learn Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (HUD Building Codes)
- Work closely with Q&A Manager, Construction Manager and other Leads to identify and solve problems.
Reporting: Completion & tracking of HUD documents.

Qualifications:
Construction Expertise: Thorough knowledge of interior and exterior home painting. 3+ yrs experience.
Attention to Detail: An eye for precision and quality
Efficiency: Work quickly and effectively
Multitasking: Juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
Leadership: At least one year of hands on painting team leadership.
Physical: Ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs. Ability to reach, bend, and the ability to stand throughout the day for the entirety of the shift.
Ethical: Honest, dependable and punctual

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour with room for growth and advancement
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm (Hours may vary as they are subject to change based on manufacturing needs, but this is the standard day-to-day schedule)
Overtime as needed
Weekends as needed
