Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and skilled Cabinet Shop Woodworkers to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting custom cabinetry according to client specifications and company standards. From cutting and shaping wood to assembling and delivering, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch products that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
-Interpret shop drawings and cut list to determine project requirements
-Select and prepare materials for construction, including cutting, shaping, and sanding wood
-Assemble cabinetry components using various tools and techniques, ensuring accuracy and precision
-Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
-Experience as a cabinet maker or woodworker is a plus, but not required
-Proficiency in woodworking techniques, including measuring, cutting, and operating machinery
-Familiarity with a variety of woodworking tools and equipment, such as saws, routers, and sanders
-Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
