Electrical Contractor seeks Supervising Electrician.
I would consider sub contracting to an Electrical Contractor.
2 residential projects on the books ready to go. Both are remodels and will pay well. Both require new service entrances. One is an extensive relocation involving multiple old panels.
If you would like a greater degree of independence than being in a typical “employee”/ “employer” relationship and greater rewards for your effort this may be your opportunity.
If you have work to bring in you are more than an employee and will be compensated appropriately.
This may be a great opportunity for you to take a step towards developing into your own Electrical Contractor
I became an Electrical Contractor for my existing customer base and 2 now completed projects. My current/past Signing Supervisor posed as a friend but mislead me about his intentions.
I’m honest and straightforward. My word is my bond. I’m ok with signing a Contract as that may be best for both of us.
I would be fine with your becoming your own contractor at some point and taking the customer base with you.
I do require honesty, dependability, excellence in quality and a strong work ethic.
In other words a “grown up”. Not a lying train wreck. Been there done that. Yeah you.
