What You’ll Do

Support carpenters with tasks such as hauling materials, site cleanup, and jobsite protection

Assist with measuring, cutting, and verifying materials

Learn to read blueprints and building specs

Use and maintain hand and power tools

Pick up and deliver materials as needed

Help ensure site safety and cleanliness

Maintain security of job sites and client property

What You Bring

You’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and eager to learn from skilled tradespeople.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Basic understanding of carpentry, tools, and construction materials

Ability to follow directions and work well on a team

Time management and communication skills

Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varied conditions (indoor/outdoor)

Reliable personal vehicle (pickup or van) and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Proof of auto insurance

Willingness to complete timesheets, mileage logs, and related paperwork

Ability to pass background and drug screening

Bonus Points For:

High school diploma or GED

First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain—training available)
