Immediate openings for a full-time blueprinting technician. Competitive pay (hourly rate, not commission). Benefits, paid holidays and PTO after trial period. Pay ranges $18 - $25/hr. depending on skill level and experience. (Negotiable after trial period, depending on reliability and proof of abilities.)
THIS IS NOT a position for an estimator. This is a physical, hands-on job. Must be able to perform physical actions, including but not limited to, standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing, bending, carrying, lifting, laying down underneath cars, using hand tools, etc. Will need to be able to lift heavy parts and climb ladders to access racks for parts storage.
Candidates MUST have a very high attention to detail, great communication, legible handwriting, problem-solving skills, the ability to perform research, and a strong mechanical inclination with familiarity using hand tools. Must have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Primary job duties include physically disassembling, inspecting and documenting (blueprinting) wrecked vehicles prior to repairs, and reassembling vehicles after repairs. Communicating with office staff, hand-writing legible "tear-down" sheets, researching repair procedures, communicating with all team members to keep production flow running smoothly.
We are a small team, so we often need to help each other out, and we are looking for someone with the willingness to jump in and assist, or cover for our teammates, if they need help or are taking time off.
